Usage Instructions

Wash your feet thoroughly and dry them.
Separate the two socks in the middle of the perforation line.
Put on the socks and close them with the adhesive strip.
Leave the mask on for 20 minutes.
ATTENTION: Danger of slipping while running! For safe movement, we recommend putting on anti-slip socks. Remove the socks.
The remains of the mask can then be massaged in or removed with a soft cosmetic tissue.
